Message “Err C”: Water drops may be condensed on the detector unit due to
sudden thermal change or the detector unit may be contaminated due to other
causes. If this message still appears after two hours of thermal stabilization with
power turned off, the indicator needs to be repaired. Contact the nearest Mitutoyo
service network.
Least significant digit display “E” (ABS data composition error): A temporary
error caused due to extremely quick displacement of the spindle. Keep on using the
indicator, since there is no effect on measurement.
