Responsibilities:1) Demonstrate individual responsibility in Test&Measurement instrument platform features definition by evaluating the intended features and competitive products, generating detailed specifications, identifying specific requirements of the features, investigating the viability of design approaches, implementation techniques, and the effective use of development tools.
2) Design, implement features, sub-systems and device drivers of embedded Linux/Windows platform for Test&Measurement instrument.
3) Clearly document the design work for using by UI/application teams.
Requirements:
1) 3 years+ experience in embedded software/firmware R&D.
2) Strong multi-task programming skill (C, C++) with Linux/Windows APIs and DDIs.
3) Knowledge on ARM/IA32/IA64 platform. Experience in Linux driver, Windows WDF/WDM development.
4) Knowledge on Test&Measurement protocol (SCPI, USB-TMC, VXI, LXI) is big plus.
5) Master or equal in CS or EE background.
6) Good oral and written English.
