基于三坐标机直线度测量中采样间距的研究

摘 要:基于三坐标测量机对直线度测量采样间距进行研究,根据采样数据用最小二乘法评定直线度误差,然后对评定结果进行分析比较,得到出用三坐标机进行直线度测量时采样间距与尺寸大小及精度之间的关系,并提出了今后的研究方向及内容。[著者文摘]
Research of Sampling Spacing in Measuring Straightness Based on CMMHou XuefengHou XuefengAbstract:The sampling spacing in measuring straightness is researched based on three coordinate measuring machine. 本文在试验基础上得 出初步结论 ,即直线度检测的最佳采样间距与所评定对象的精度无关,只与其尺寸有关 ,且随着尺寸的增大而增大。扫描密度2points/mm就可得出比较满意的评定结果。
