ACCURACY OF A TOOL- Deviation of acceptable limits of a specified standard or tolerance
1. Full Scale/Range-Maximum Deviation is determined by multiplying the maximum reading by the stated full-scale
accuracy
2. Reading/Setting-Maximum Deviation is determined by multiplying thereading or setting by the stated accuracy
Full Scale/Range - Testing of a tool with arange of 10-100
If a torque wrench has a maximum range of 100 with a repeatability of+-5%, an acceptable tolerance range would be
95-105. Using the same tool at 10 an acceptable tolerance range would be 5-15.
Maximum Range multiplied by Stated Full Accuracy
10-100 +- 5% of Full Scale/Range

If a torque wrench has a maximum range of 100 with a repeatability of+-5%, an acceptable tolerance range would
be 95-100. Using the same tool at 10, an acceptable tolerance range would be 9.5-10.5.

[ 本帖最后由 afeb 于 2008-12-22 17:21 编辑 ] 外国仪器上的准确度，就不能译成中文？ 翻译很容易，但是看起来内容与标题符合得不是很好 这个应该是也许偏差吧,不是准确度吧? 可接受的宽容范围......允许误差 最大量程的最大允许误差。可接受的上下限范围 试着用金山快译翻译了一下，真的与标题没有关系啊。 翻译成中文就好了 专业文章能用金山翻译吗？ 其实讲的是引用误差和相对误差的区别。前面的是引用误差，后面的是相对误差。选购仪器确实要搞清楚供应商给的是什么误差。第一例在小量程上的误差是很大的，第二例就小得多。 翻译成中文就好了 可以试式在线的翻译. 实际上讲的是一台仪表的准确度等级用引用误差表示与用相对误差表示时的不同。用这两种表示方法分别表示两块不同的仪表时，这两块仪表除在测量上限时的最大允许误差相同外，其它任何一点的最大允许误差都是不同的。
[ 本帖最后由 张艳 于 2009-1-7 14:01 编辑 ] 两者表示允许误差，不同有两种允许误差表达方式 前者是0.5%*FS是使用引用相对误差表示允许误差。引用相对误差表示 被测参数的绝对误差和仪表量程的比值 后者是0.5*读数是标称相对误差表示允许误差，标称相对误差表示测量的绝对误差与被测参数的仪表示值之比。除此之外还有实际相对误差 表示测量的绝对误差与被测参数的真实值之比的百分数 这个看不大懂啊
达人翻译一下就好啦 表示100正负5的范围
