Message “Err C”: Water drops may be condensed on the detector unit due to
sudden thermal change or the detector unit may be contaminated due to other
causes. If this message still appears after two hours of thermal stabilization with
power turned off, the indicator needs to be repaired. Contact the nearest Mitutoyo
service network.

你这个是不是里面的光栅没有跟电路板接触好，建议拆开检查下。另外上网搜下说明书，或者打电话问供应商
